DesignChords is a community platform which helps organizations access creative talent for their design projects, and helps designers to find new customers for their ideas.
It’s easy to start here, just register yourself and post your project information such as who are you, what do you want etc. Set a deadline for the project and assign a price that will be given to the best design idea.
Once done, you start receiving design ideas from designers. You can rate and give feedback to the submitted designs. After the project deadline is over, you can select the best design idea for the project and winning designer gets the set price. DesignChords charges a service fee of 15% on the set price.
According to the website promoters, if your project doesn’t receive at least 20 designs, they will give you the whole refund.
Some popular design areas covered by them are Logo design, Graphic design, web pages, launch pages, twitter and blog backgrounds, advertisement designs (print, web, flash, viral campaigns), and publications (book / magazine covers).
This service is conceptualized by two engineers named Shashaank Shekhar Singhal and Ravdeep Chawla who have expertise in IT enabled services.
